Meet The Band!
Charlie Cheney & The Significant Otters bring a toe tapping good time with mandolin, guitar, washboard, and 3-part vocal harmonies for up to 4 hours of original acoustic music for Western Michigan and beyond. The band includes Craig Van Otteren on mandolin and vocals, Vickie Van Otteren on washboard and vocals, and Charlie Cheney on guitar and vocals. Their first album "Front Porch Rebellion" was released on July 31st, 2012.
Recent shows include Rockford Summer Festival, Ada Summer Festival, Wheatland Music Festival, Rockford Harvest Festival and a list of local live venues, all of whom had fun and have asked us to return. We'd like to play for your next event!
